Woman killed in tiger attack in Wayanad

Mananthavady: A 48-year-old woman was killed in a tiger attack while harvesting coffee in a farm in Wayanad on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Radha, wife of Achappan, a resident of Meenmutti near Pancharakolly.
Radha was dropped off at the farm by her husband in the morning. Her body was found around 11 am. Forest department officials confirmed that a tiger caused the attack. After the inquest, the body will be shifted to Wayanad Medical College in Mananthavady.
